Abstract :
It is not economical to solve traffic jam by significant civil engineering and it is also restricted by land use. However, it is good to make it by a series of meticulous traffic design, which has the characteristics of fewer investment and remarkable effect. This paper introduces the meticulous traffic design principle and method, combining Changsha traffic improving project design and construction experience, in order to supply reference and guide for urban traffic improvement.
