Abstract :
With the development of Schottky technology now available up to Sub-THz and THz frequencies, Tx-Rx experiments for indoor and outdoor channels are now possible to index wireless THz transmissions and/or radar applications using pulse or chirped systems. In this paper, some results are presented for an amplitude-pulsed CW 300 GHz system operating over 25 m, and a 588 GHz link using high level signaling.
