Abstract
In order to figure out the logistics cost of joint distribution correctly and reasonably, firstly the meaning of joint distribution has been introduced, then the construction and characteristics of logistics cost of the joint distribution have been discussed deeply and we conclude the costs of joint distribution are composed of the design cost, coordinate cost, operation cost and random cost. Secondly, the mechanism to form logistics cost of joint distribution is analyzed. Thirdly, based on the forming mechanism and the characteristics of the cost of joint distribution, a reasonable way to allocate the cost of joint distribution is developed: The fixed cost of joint distribution is divided into direct fixed cost and indirect fixed cost. The direct fixed cost can be equally allocated among all of the members, and the indirect fixed cost can be shared according to the revenue every enterprise can get; the variable cost is also determined by the quantity of resources each member has used actually. Fourthly, the mathematics model to figure out the total cost of joint distribution is set up. At last, a numerical example shows that the model and way are reasonable and effective to figure out the cost of the joint distribution.
