Abstract :
A novel approach for design of Radar sensor for shot range applications based upon Noise Radar Technology is presented. This radar technology relies on transmitting of wideband noise/random signals and coherent processing of radar returns. We have carried out experiments on generation of 2D and 3D tomographic imaging using Ka-band continuous waveform noise radar and two antennas with beam synthesizing. The method enabled implementation of millimeter wave `video´ camera which is promising devices in many applications, such as homeland security; covert operation and detection of terrorists inside and outside buildings; etc.
