Abstract
The report is devoted to consistent description of sound propagation in a double phase fluid taking into account resonance properties of such medium. The approach is based on the generalized variational principle for dissipative hydrodynamics and it gives the description of resonance behavior of liquid with air bubbles in terms of continuum mechanics of double phases medium.
