Abstract :
In this study, Co(NO/sub 3/)/sub 2//spl middot/6H/sub 2/O was mixed with the organic binder and the Co/sup 2+/ precursors were screen-printed on silicon substrate. After getting rid of the organic slurry. The carbon nanotubes were fabricated on Co particles deoxidize by H/sub 2/through chemical vapour deposition method.
