Abstract :
With the growing popularity of knowledge management, the need for evaluating the cost and performance of knowledge management has been recognized the enterprise. This paper analyses the constitution of enterprise´s knowledge management cost, sets up the evaluating model for the cost and performance of knowledge management .Thus, it seeks to serve as a foundation for the cost and performance of knowledge management´s further research and development.
