Abstract :
A real-time video transmission system based on encryption is proposed in this paper. It can solve these problems like copyright protection for educating programs and reduction of network bandwidth requirement. Media data are segmented and encrypted. A dongle is used to improve the effectiveness of user´s identity and protect the copyright. Data buffering is used to solve the fluctuation of network bandwidth. Experiment results show that the system can implement buffering playback and copyright protection of multimedia files.
