Abstract :
This paper takes Haier as a case to analyze how IT boundary-spanning capability promotes BPR. In terms of the case analysis, this study has great theoretical value for exploring an evolutionary process of IT boundary-spanning capability promoting BPR. With its findings, this study also contributes to practical value on how boundary spanners form IT boundary-spanning capability, and then break through internal and external boundary obstacles for making BPR succeed.
