Abstract :
On behalf of the entire SEMI-THERM 28 Organizing Committee, I would like to welcome everyone to the 2012 symposium. We are looking forward to seeing our industry friends and colleagues; and at the same time, meeting and greeting new participants. We would also like to extend special thanks and recognition to all our industry sponsors in bringing us the advanced and emerging technologies conveniently all under one roof. As a fully voluntary non-profit organization, I would like to encourage anyone who is interested in supporting SEMI-THERM (a great opportunity to build up your network of industry colleagues and leaders) to contact me or any of the committee members listed in this year´s program and proceedings.
