Abstract
Summary form only given. We have prepared the Hg-based cuprate oxides superconductors and studied the influences of several factors for the formation of Hg-1223 phase. We have used the x-ray diffraction, SEM/EDX, Auger electron microprobe and TGA to analyze the data. By using these samples, we first measured the excess conductivity as a function of temperature, which ascribed the fluctuation of superconducting order parameters above mean field temperature. This excess conductivity is consistent with the two dimensional Aslamazov-Larkin mean-field theory based on the Ginzburg-Landau theory. This two dimensional fluctuation seems to be intrinsic to this highly anisotropic layered superconductor. We also measured the Magnetization of these samples. The critical field, diamagnetic fluctuation, irreversible line and several important data were obtained. We will also present the Raman spectra, tunneling measurement and thermoelectric power of these superconductors.
