Abstract
It is very difficulty and complication for the remote quality control in the network manufacture environment, because of a lot of factors such as the complication of system, the multiplicity of the products, and the extensiveness of information and the higher requirements of the clients especially the different manufacture source of the parts, materials, equipments, processes, industrial standards, and the difference of the operators´ skills. This paper begins with the analysis of characteristics of quality control under coordinated produce condition and obtains the architecture of quality coordinated control system in the remote manufacture; and then analyses the BP model of fuzzy neural network used in the collaborative quality control, finally uses an example to introduce the adjusting method of product quality target control in detail.
