Abstract :
ZnO nanorod arrays were prepared by a solution deposition method. Microstructure, morphology, optical absorption characteristic and DTA-TG analysis of the ZnO arrays was investigated using X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, fourier transform infrared spectrometer, microcomputer differential thermal Balance.
