Abstract :
In order to ensure the consistency and uniqueness of collaborative data in aero engine development process, the aero engine design and manufacture collaboration technique based on single source of product data (SSPD) and the corresponding hierarchical system framework are proposed. The key of this technique is to construct a logical unified SSPD supporting aero engine design and manufacture collaboration by integrating the design data, process data, manufacture data and other product data, and the SSPD will be used as the core data and basic data source of the whole collaboration process. Key issues, such as constructing the SSPD supporting aero engine design and manufacture collaboration, constructing the information model of SSPD and technical realization of SSPD, are discussed emphatically in the context. Based on TcLink technique, the distributed aero engine rotor blade design and manufacture collaboration is realized, the correctness and effectiveness of this technique are verified.
