Study on Evaluation Model of Construction Enterprise´s Core Competence Based on Value Chain and Intellectual Capital

First, the paper sets up the value chain model of construction enterprises; second, the paper combines value chain with core competence, constructs evaluation index system of construction enterprise´s core competence from the perspective of intellectual capital; third, the paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of construction enterprise´s core competence used the method of unascertained mathematics; Last, the paper carries out empirical analysis, and provides recommendations to build the core competence of construction enterprises.
