Abstract :
Experimentally found out special role of structurization of water containing environments in modern biomedical radio-electronic technologies is discussed for the first time. Features of structurization of water and water containing environments of a leather of the person are described at contact with nanostructures a surface of insoluble materials in water and influence low intensive electromagnetic radiation of a millimetric range. One of first steps to a scientific explanation of bases crystal therapy is made. The opportunity of a birth of a new branch in radio-electronic biomedicine-millimetric nanostructures medicine with use of natural minerals and imitation materials is considered.
