Abstract :
There are many critical influencing factors when making bid decisions because of the complexity and uncertainty of the construction project. How to choose the most suitable project for bid is one of the problems the contracting enterprises are facing now. In this paper, a bid decision-making model based on group rational behavior of the contractor was built by using group decision-making theory. This kind of group decision-making method breaks through the limitation of the previous decision-making methods which have individual preference. After extracting individual preference accordingly, a group rational preference was formed. In the end, we can calculate the evaluation numerical values and make decision.
