Abstract :
Prospects of creation of new type of non-volatile memory based on composite with stabilized nanoparticles are offered. The given type of memory can have a big stock on increase in density of recording of the information. The second essential advantage of the given type of memory will be rather simple process of repetition work. These two key factors are very important for the market of compact non-volatile elements of memory for carry and storage of the information.
