Abstract :
The generic variational approach for mathematical modelling of acoustoelectronics devices was offered. This approach is based on the variational method for the acoustoelectronics devices analysis using bilinear stationary functionals. The common procedure of the functionals minimization and usages of their stationary properties makes the given approach especially effective as the computation. The given approach can be used also for the acoustoelectronics devices synthesis and optimization.
