Abstract :
Fields and parameters evaluation of modern telecommunication devices is a rather complicated problem because such devices have a large number of dielectric and conducting details often separated by small gaps. Dimensions of the most parts of the device often are less than one thousands of wavelength. These objectives make difficult or even impossible generation of finite element mesh. In this report an algorithm and computer code for field and parameters computation of real life mobile handset CAD models are described. The algorithm is based on vector finite element method in frequency domain. Presented simulation results agree quite satisfactory with the experimental data.
