Abstract :
Presented in this paper is the new synergetic approach on the basis of fractional measuring, fractal dimension, scaling, fractals and deterministic chaos, which has been developed in IRE RAS as applied to the problems of modern nonlinear radio physics and radio engineering since the eighties of the 20th century. Researches have been traditionally performed in the framework of modern fundamental interdisciplinary project: "fractal radiophysics and radio electronics: Radio systems design", that was proposed and investigated in the institute of radio engineering and electronics of the RAS for the purpose of progress information technologies development.
