Abstract :
The influence of negative permittivity and permeability on the scattering patterns for dielectric and metamaterial posts is presented. Combination of an extended iterative scattering procedure and the orthogonal expansion method is used to investigate oblique scattering of an electromagnetic plane wave from an arbitrary configuration of parallel circular cylinders.
