Limiters on the Basis of Shottki Diodes
Abstract :
Presented in this paper are the results of semiconductor accident protection device design. The device operates within C-and X-bands. Accident protection devices are created on the basis of monolithic circuits with Schottky diodes. Results of experimental research of the samples manufactured are given.
