In article the possibility for generate test structures more law order on base the complex test composition matrix type by means combinatorial laws is considered. The main formulas for calculation and structured analysis the test tasks are investigated. For example, the test composition LtLRW, LIW -O or -M type in generator or amplifier modeGt generate test tasks dichotomist type by means combinatorial laws is conduct.
