Abstract :
The high failure ratio of ERP makes it necessary to evaluate the risks in the process of ERP actualization. A ERP performance evaluation model is constructed with BSC which is applied to define the hierarchy with four major perspectives. In addition,This paper extends ERP performance evaluation base on TOPSIS and vague, where the characteristics of the alternatives are represented by vague sets. The constructed information system is suggested to be a good tool for solving other multiple-criteria decision-making problems.
