Abstract :
This paper deals with relevant methodological and practical aspects of a unified application software for steady-state security and automatic transmission capacity assessments of electric power interconnection. It is based on advanced methodology for steady-state security analyses, which enables successive solution of the load-flow problem for a set of characteristic post-dynamic quasi-stationary states. The software is developed in Oracle environment and calculation modules are developed using Visual C++ and Fortran
