Abstract
In this work we have performed a numerical analysis of the influence of the geometry on the propagation characteristics of subwavelength metallic gratings composed by gold or silver over a dielectric substrate. The reflection and transmission coefficients for the TE and TM modes as a function of the incident angle were calculated.
