  • Abstract
    In this paper, sidewise domain wall velocity of a single hexagonal domain was measured to 0.015 ~ 4.58 μm/s in the field range of from 0.6 to 3.9 kV/mm. Moreover, asymmetric in-out domain shape of MgO:SLN was observed and lattice interaction could be estimated on the basis of the ferroelectric domain shape model using Ising-model. We expect that the field-dependent velocity and morphologic change of domain wall can help the fabrication of fine-structured quasi-phase matched (QPM) devices used for high-power laser application based on MgO:SLN crystals.
