Wrapping Stored Procedures: an Enhanced Object Oriented Approach

Object-oriented is the most successful programming paradigm. Relational database management systems are the most successful data storage components. In spite of their success and their tight binding, they always had different points of view on data and applications. They are not integrated, fostering some difficulties when applications and data storage components must collaborate. In this paper, we explore one facet for that integration presenting new enhancements for an object-oriented approach for wrapping database stored procedures
