Abstract
A new and computationally efficient technique is presented for determining the optimum cluster size in presence of co-channel interference in a Rayleigh faded, lognormally shadowed mobile channel. The method is used to find the maximum traffic intensity per cell. Analytical results are included for typical cases with analog FM
