Abstract :
This paper presents a microwave resonator in a simple microstrip configuration with a multi-walled aligned carbon nanotube array between two transmission lines to produce a resonator at 8.8 GHz. This type of resonator is a key element for nano electromechanical switches (NEMS), which can be applied to many telecommunications systems and also biomedical engineering.
