Abstract
RFID can be used for extracting, controlling and tracking of relevant information during medical attendance conforming to defined clinical pathways. Based on obtained information clinical pathways can be improved and a higher capacity utilisation of medical resources can be achieved. Problems result out of financial, security and psychological aspects.
