Abstract

The development of green economy has become a global trade. At present, China needs to develop the emerging industries represented by new energy sources, energy saving and environmental protection industry, strengthen the green technical carriers which are resource-conserving and environment-friendly. Meanwhile, China should establish application modes represented by multi-layered circular economy, green building and transportation, ecological environmental governance. What´s more, the institutional carriers composed by foundational institution, stimulating institution, constraint institution and supporting institution should be perfected to develop the green economy in China.
