Abstract :
This paper presents the design of a Gilbert downconversion mixer for wideband CDMA application. The mixer is designed using a 0.18 μm 1.5 V/3.3 V dual voltage digital CMOS technology. The design methodology is presented to achieve high linearity and low noise figure. A design flow is introduced targeting the automatic design and optimization for mixers
