Abstract :
After the global financial crisis, renewable energy industry become the main point of development around the world. China´s renewable energy industry have developed rapidly, but the process of development is also associated with problems arises. Based on the total life cycle analysis and the system optimality 3E (Efficiency, Environment, Economic) as the principle, the paper analysised and proposed the development strategy planning of our renewable energy industry.
