Abstract
We use high elevation satellite systems and 95% availability to extend the attractiveness of millimeter wave communications. Millimeter wave satellite communication in the 72-100 GHz region is indicated to be attractive for most of the Temperate Zone, with a 95% non rainy condition. The worldwide attenuation function is given (Appendix).
