Abstract
For an HDSL analog front end, a low distortion 5th order R-MOSFET-C Bessel filter was designed in a 0.5 μm, 3.3 V CMOS technology. The filter is linearly tunable around cutoff frequencies of 488 kHz and 335 kHz by an on-chip tuning circuit. The fabricated prototypes show linear tuning and a THD<-75 dB for a 100 kHz signal
