Using Web service composition and execution, the research focuses on the automation of transaction after initial plan and design of the product is done in the automating SCM process, which triggers the need of effective procurement of the design components from a set of supplier model of business transaction with negotiation. Designing of this model with Web service composition in BPEL4WS on the existing WEB service environment of two partners and simple prototype written in BPEL4WS is shown.
