Abstract :
Based on the applicability of collaborative engineering and system engineering, a collaborative management and design platform based on collaborative management and design center was put forward, which was applied to solve collaborative management and design questions for enterprises. This platform system covered the key businesses such as conceptual model design, organization, resource and process control of the processing equipment collaboration alliance. The collaborative management of processing equipment design, organization, purchase-sale and resource has been achieved. Proceeding from the characteristics of the networked manufacturing, the mode, platform system architecture, characteristics and overall technological structures of the collaborative management platform were provided. Some key problems of the networked manufacturing collaboration alliance were solved, such as collaborative planning, collaborative design, and information exchange, etc. Finally, the modular fixture as the example of the processing equipment is used to check the feasibility of the design scheme
