Abstract :
This paper presents a macromodel of first generation current conveyor (CCI). This macromodel is suitable for fast simulations of integrated circuits containing current conveyors. The accuracy of the proposed macromodel has been verified by Spice simulations. The results show a close approximation with simulation on the transistor level but with reduced computer simulation time.
