Abstract :
The estimation and decision of project is one of the most important content in the project design. This paper aims at the estimation and decision of the mechanic motion project. First, the fuzzy analysis method and its amelioration are analyzed, the lacks of which are also pointed. Then the project evaluation and decision model based on gray theory is put forward. In this model, aiming at the effect measure in gray theory, the evaluation and decision of the project is made. The colony evaluation approach of gray theory is applied in the estimation of the target in the project and it makes the estimation more reasonable. Combining the coefficient colony evaluation approach, an intact project evaluation and decision method is formed. Finally, taking the decision of the sliding bearing and the project evaluation of the rise equipment of derrick as examples, the project evaluation and decision method based on gray theory is explained, and the results account for the scientificity of the method
