Abstract :
We report about field emission properties of various arrays of vertically aligned CNT blocks. Multiple emitters per block resulted in nearly aligned and efficient cathode performances. Stable currents up to 300 (100) μA have been achieved for the pure (TiO2 coated) CNT blocks.
