Abstract
The principles of development general theory of plane sample interaction with electromagnetic field of resonator measuring converters are developed. Differences of the fundamental measuring information signals RMC with E and H modes at perturbation of the field of the resonator sample are considered. The dependencies fundamental measuring information signals from parameter sample RMC are explored.
