Abstract
On the basis of method of integral equation a new technique was developed suitable for calculating effective electrodynamic parameters of composite materials with inclusions in the form of thin conductive fibers of arbitrary shape with dielectric coating. The technique was examined on the inclusions in the form of a dipole, a coil and a canonical helix.
