Abstract :
Compare to the stubborn pursuit of beautiful landscape and garden views in the residential sections, human´s behavioral factors and sensation are by and large ignored at present. Particularly, the absence of identifiability, sense of belonging and human interests makes dull spaces. Thus the designs are rational but not considerate, which hardly make a strong feel of living and special community culture. Consequently, enhancing the environment cognition and promoting the social behavior in landscape design should be emphasized. The paper argues that, to build a rich and colorful living homestead and perform the humanistic principles deeply, the landscape needs reflect the peculiar local spirit and make abundant places for activities which agree with the residents´ behavioral habits and mentality
