Abstract :
A methodology for the automatic extraction of the Non-Volatile-Memory (NVM) specific parameters in the level 3 model for EEPROM´s in ST-SPICE is presented. The results of simulations using the extracted parameters for reading, writing and erasing are shown to agree well with experimental results.
