Abstract :
Establish a mixture control system model of the biogas-gasoline dual-fuel engine. This system adopts electronic control unit (ECU), and using MC9S12XS128 micro control unit (MCU) as the core. According to the output control signals of mixture control system model and the signals obtained of damper opening, controlling the valves of stepper motor in order to control the biogas quantity. Therefore, we can acquire the best air-fuel ratio of dual-fuel which match with the corresponding of characteristic tests has been carried out on various conditions. The results of this paper show that: this control system can meet the demands on deferent conditions of the biogas-gasoline dual-fuel engine and can adjust easily. It provides an effective tool for the study of the biogas-gasoline dual-fuel engine.
