Abstract :
When wind turbine is running, and when the vortex is generated by the airfoil, it will generate a bound vortex with equal intensity with the vortex but by the opposite rotating direction around the wing. In this paper, by using the commercial software Fluent, the horizontal axis of the radius of 0.7m wind turbine´s three-dimensional unsteady LES near wake were calculated, and the rotating efficiency of the wind turbine is achieved through the sliding mesh technique. Flow parameters in the vicinity of the blades were calculated and analyzed in three different conditions. By calculation and experiment, it is found that when the condition satisfies r / R = 0.86 to 0.96, there will be obvious bound vortex around the airfoil in the cross-section, and when the tip is at r / R = 1, the cross-section can not be observed obviously with bound vortex because of the emergence of the tip vortex which has generated with some interference.
