  • Abstract
    The present paper presents a case of islanding operation in the Romanian power system. A section formed of a unit of a hydro power plant and an important industrial consumer is islanded from the power system and its transients are studied for two versions of modeling of speed and voltage regulators attached to generator unit included in the island
