Abstract :
Presented in this paper is the terminology and physical basis of terahertz band, in which molecular spectra of radiation and absorption exist. Energy characteristics of terahertz and EHF waves have been compared. Prospective tendencies for creation of new terahertz biomedical technologies are grounded.
